 BTS Military Meals: Yum for Jungkook, Not So Easy for V


As each BTS member embarks on their military journey, fans eagerly stay connected with updates, especially regarding the daily meals shared on 'The Camp' app.

 While the menu boasts nutrition that might win Jungkook's approval, adapting to it poses a challenge for V.


Fans observed the impact of military meals:

On December 12, the final 4 BTS members completed their military service, with RM and V enlisting at Nonsan Training Center on December 11, and Jimin and Jungkook following suit at Yeoncheon Training Center the next day. After a 5-week basic training course, they will join their respective units.


'The Camp' app, a public communication service for the military, becomes a vital source for fans eager to glimpse into their idols' military life. The daily meal section, in particular, garners significant attention, providing insights into the culinary experiences of the BTS members during their service.

Following the footsteps of Jin and j-hope, RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook become the most anticipated trainees on 'The Camp.' The daily meal updates offer a window into their military life and evoke excitement among fans.


For instance, on RM and V's first day, the menu showcased delectable dishes like Paeju Seaweed Soup, Stir-Fried Dried-Squid, Stew Chicken with BBQ Sauce, and Kimchi.




However, concerns arise as V struggles with spicy food, raising worries that he might not fully enjoy the meals.


Contrastingly, Jungkook and Jimin's meals, featuring treats like banana milk, capture the attention of the maknae. The diverse menu includes rice, spicy fish soup, fried chili powder, grilled abalone with butter, stewed pork leg meat, and kimchi, showcasing Jungkook's easy-to-please palate.




While meals hold significance and impact each member, fans express hopes for their adaptation and well-being during military service. Especially, there's a collective wish for V to navigate the spice dilemma smoothly:
