Kim Taehyung's Weverse Update: Healthy Gains and ARMY Cheers!

Our beloved V is keeping himself healthy AND packing on some muscle! We all know how emotional it was to see the BTS members begin their mandatory military service, and V was one of the first to enlist alongside RM. But ARMYs don't need to worry, because V hasn't forgotten us!

On Valentine's Day, V surprised everyone by dropping an "interim report" on Weverse.

He shared a quick update with fans, and one detail that caught everyone's attention was his new weight: a healthy 72.5kg!

Remember how everyone was concerned when V shared his weight back in 2022 (a light 63.4kg)? Well, those concerns can be put to rest! Before enlisting, 

V revealed he was even lighter at 62kg. But during their final live broadcast, the members had a playful "bulk-up competition," and V declared his goal of reaching 86kg while in the military.

RM: "I heard skinny guys gain muscle and bigger guys lose weight in the army."

V: "Actually, I'm... you know, I'm on the slimmer side right now."

RM: "Yeah, how much do you weigh?"

V: "Right now, 62 kilograms."

RM: "Oh, so slim."

V: "I slimmed down to 62, but I'd like to go back up to 86."

So, seeing V's update at 72.5kg was a huge sigh of relief for ARMY! We know he's eating well and taking care of himself, but let's be honest, the thought of a buff Taehyung also has us pretty excited! Just imagine the iconic Jin and J-Hope glow-up, but with our Tae!

This update is more than just a number on the scale, though. It shows us that V is adjusting well to military life and staying healthy. And that's all we could ask for! 

We can't wait to see more updates and (hopefully!) some swoon-worthy photos when V decides to share his progress. Until then, we'll be sending him all our love and support!
