The ARMY is exploding with pride today as Jung Hoseok, better known as J-Hope of BTS, has officially been promoted to Sergeant (병장)! This achievement is even more special because J-Hope earned this promotion early.

Originally scheduled for promotion on July 1st, J-Hope's dedication and hard work have demonstrably impressed his superiors. This early promotion is a testament to his commitment to serving his country.

Congratulations Sergeant Jung Hoseok! We are all so incredibly proud of you. ARMY can't wait to see what you accomplish next!
